In accordance with the architectural project in Classic Covered and Semi Silicon Glass Facade Works, it consists of vertical elements and horizontal records connected to them by anchorages made of galvanized steel to reinforced concrete flooring. EPDM seals are used on vertical elements to take dilatation of horizontal elements.
EPDM wicks are used to ensure the sealing between aluminum profiles and to cut the glass contact with aluminum profiles.
In the Classic Covered and Semi-Silicon Glass Facade Cladding systems, when viewed from the outside, aluminum profiles, which are called as classic covers, are visible between the glasses horizontally and vertically. Glasses are placed on the aluminum front frame with the help of scaffolding using glass wedges. Bottom and top cover profiles are mounted from glass joints. Top cover profile can be designed in different sections. In addition, the upper and lower door profiles can be applied only on vertical or horizontal joints, and semi-covered (vertical covered and horizontal covered) facades can be made. In semi-capped facades, ultraviolet-resistant silicones are used to seal the glass-glass joints.
Openable hidden wing application can be done on glass doors with classic covers. In this application, hidden wing and frame profile, scissors, hidden wing arm and counterpart are assembled and hidden wing is manufactured. Single-axis, double-axis, transom wing application, which is manufactured without heat-insulated aluminum nature, can also be applied on glass doors with classic covers.
Classic Covered and Semi-Silicon Glass Facade Dressing The feature of the facade system is the appearance of 50mm wide aluminum profiles vertically and horizontally when viewed from the outside. In this system, there are alternatives in different shapes and colors of the cover part visible from the outside. Covered facades are the form of completing the assembly process by screwing the glass placed on the aluminum bottom carcasses, whose adjustment is finished, by first screwing them into the appropriate slots of the printing profiles, after the compression profile is ensured, and the installation profile of the desired section is completed. The heat, sound and water insulation of the profiles, which are mechanically connected on the façade, are provided with EPDM wicks, as in the silicone façade. The need to open wings in this system; wing adapter profile is covered by the profiles we call. It is possible to open wings at any place with glasses adhered to the structure with silicone. The wings, which are generally preferred as reverse transom, can be arranged by making the necessary detail changes according to the customer requests.
